I had for a number of years been experiencing severe clinical depression on and off but I thought that overall I was managing OK and I was surviving. Then a huge life crisis hit… “I’ve failed, I’m useless, I’ve let people down, I wish I could just disappear.

…a real eye opener into how you can live your life and I urge everyone to do this course.

I had never tried meditation before, yet the impact of mindfulness has been phenomenal. I am no longer just clinging on. I wouldn’t have believed that I could feel this good, this well and yes, this happy. Everything has become so much easier. Friends have commented on how I look younger, more relaxed, have a ‘glow’ about me.

I thought I’d resent giving up my Sunday mornings, but actually I found myself looking forward to each session. I’ll miss my Sunday morning meditations.

You smile for no reason.

Mindfulness Part 2: Living from Wholeness

Further study for those who wish to learn more

Living from Wholeness - Course Summary

A follow up course for people who have completed the Mindfulness for life course, which reinforces and builds on the lessons of the first course, taking you on a journey to living the life you were always meant to!

We’ve all got an idea of how we would to like to live our lives, and all of us (although for some it’s very harder to acknowledge) have had moments where we’ve been at our best, and yet we can’t seem to stay in this place, and most of the time we’re just fumbling through on about half of our potential. Psychologists have shown that we are just as likely to lie about the things that we do well as the things we do badly, and we do the same within ourselves, lying to ourselves about what we can achieve. This course looks at why that is, and how we can work through the things that hold us back, and to engage with the person we truly could be more often.

Very thought provoking and helpful. Very glad I came along. Really insightful & useful for understanding myself.

It really built on the foundation of the first course in a way I could not imagine. An excellent follow on

Had wondered whether it might be too “fluffy”, but should have known it would have rigour and integrity!

The first course gives you a kick start, but this gets you well on the road.
