Kashmir Yoga
Yoga is fantastic way to improve your health,
tone your body and destress as well as other providing benefits, which may include sleeping better and increased energy levels
In the Kashmir style, We work in synamic flowing way that is in tune with your body. Unlike going to the gym, which depletes the body, we work in a way that nourishes, rejuvinates and gives to your body, while still feeling that you've had a gentle workout
Our aim is not contortionism, or to obtain a so called "perfect posture", but to work in harmony with your body as it is, only going as far as your bodies natural boundary, which then allows your body to relax deeper into the posture, and to go further than if you were to strain
Just by concentrating on the instructions, and focussing on the sensations of your body, you are practising meditation, the benefits of which will extend through your life, allowing you to stay calmer and more centered in your daily life, as well as experiencing better focus and concentration
Classes are £30 for 6 sessions and suitable for all levels of experience - Prebooking is essential
